Contestant prep, cooking, & presentation: 9:15 am –2:15 pm

Chili Judging by Judges for taste: 2:15 pm –3:00 pm

Public Tasting & Judging: 3:00 pm –4:30 pm

Winning Chilies announced: 5:00 pm
